Please check your security settings and ensure that you have correctly entered the survey URL contained in the survey invitation e-mail by copying and pasting the entire URL into the address bar.

There is a possibility that the e-mail address and password you entered are incorrect.
Please be sure to copy and paste them into your login.
Please make sure everything is selected when copying.
- E-mail address: use the e-mail address in the 'To' box in your survey invitation e-mail.
- Password: see under 'Password' in the main body of the survey invitation e-mail.

The e-mail address required for login is the e-mail address from which you received the survey invitation e-mail. Please copy the e-mail address in the "To" box in your survey invitation e-mail.
If you are unable to log in even after entering the correct e-mail address, please confirm the following possibilities :
- The e-mail address has been changed after the email was sent.
- The e-mail may have been forwarded automatically.

The password can be found under ‘Password’ in the main body of the survey invitation e-mail. Please copy and paste the password from the e-mail to log in.
You can also send your password by clicking ‘Click here if password is unknown’ on the login site.

The survey cannot be accessed after the closing date.
Please ask your company representative about extending the survey deadline.

Survey invitation e-mails
- [Question] I did not receive the survey invitation e-mail. What should I do?

The following are possible reasons why you may not have received your e-mail.
Please confirm the following points:
- The mail is recognized as spam and automatically sorted into the ‘spam box’ or ‘trash box’.
- Your mailbox is full.
- The mail is not being received due to security settings such as restrictions on receiving mail from outside the company.
If you have checked the above and still have not received the e-mail, please contact your company representative to request resending of the e-mail.

The registration of e-mail addresses and other information is managed and set up by your company representative.
Please contact your company representative directly to update your e-mail address.

If you did not click the 'Survey Completed' button, the system may not have registered the survey as complete.
Please log in, go to the last page, and click the 'Survey Completed' button.
If you were invited to participate in surveys regarding more than one individual/organization, please ensure that you have completed all relevant surveys.

While the survey is available, you can log in and continue answering at any time.

Log in again to continue answering the survey.
Your responses will be automatically saved when you move to the next page.

Your network connection may have been interrupted.
Please log out and log in again.
Please note that the network connection will be interrupted if you have two survey pages open at the same time. Close all pages except for the one you are working on.

Please log in and check that there are no unanswered questions on any page.
If there are any unanswered questions, a pop-up box will appear when you try to move to the next page.
Please note that if you do not click the 'Completed Survey' button on the last page, the system will not register the survey as complete even if you have answered all of the questions.

Please check that you have entered your password correctly. If the name of someone whose survey questions you have already answered appears on the screen, please confirm the following points:
- Has a survey invitation e-mail been received for the number of people to whom you are responding?
- Is the name of the individual covered in the survey contained in each invitation e-mail?
- Have you entered the password related to the individual named in the invitation e-mail?
The password will be different for each e-mail.
Please check the password once again in the e-mail that contains the name of the subject of your response.
Also, depending on your computer/browser settings, previous passwords may be automatically saved. When accessing the survey, if you do not see the name of the respondent, please log out once and log in by accessing the "URL" in the survey invitation e-mail and be sure to copy and paste your "e-mail address" and "password" each time.

Surveys about organizations:
For questions regarding expectations, please answer based on how important it is to you that a particular quality is displayed in your workplace, regardless of whether you think the quality is actually displayed.
For example, in response to the statement, "Failures and successes are shared within the workplace", if you think this is an important quality, please answer "Expect it (partly / a lot / absolutely)" even if you think failures and successes are already shared within your workplace.
Conversely, if you do not think this is an important quality, please answer "Do not expect it (particularly / at all)" even if you think failures and successes are not currently shared within your workplace.
Surveys about individuals:
For questions regarding expectations, please answer based on how important it is to you that the individual you are responding about displays a particular behavior, regardless of whether you think the behavior is actually displayed.
For example, in the Management Survey, in response to the statement "He/she is aware of the importance of timeliness and acts accordingly", if you think this is an important behavior, please answer "Expect it (partly / a lot / absolutely)" even if you think your manager is already aware of the importance of timeliness and acts accordingly.
Conversely, if you do not think this is an important behavior, please answer "Do not expect it (particularly / at all)" even if you think your manager is not aware of the importance of timeliness or does not act accordingly."
